Is MyEventOS free?
Designing and sending your invitation is free, to any number of guests, with the first 10 replies and the website sections included. All-in is €109 with a drawn design, or €79 for replies only, and the planner alone is €29. Every price is one time, for one event.
What does the planner do?
It keeps the wedding together beside the invitation: a to do list with what is due next, the budget with what is paid and still due, your suppliers and their offers, the timeline of the day, and your partner planning with you.
What happens after the planner's free days?
The planner is free for the first 7 days. After that everything you wrote in it stays, to read, and you keep planning with the planner (€29) or All-in, which includes it.
Do my guests need an app or an account?
No. They open your link in any browser, on any phone, and answer in under a minute.
Can guests change their answer later?
Yes. Reopening the invitation offers to edit their reply, and their row in your table updates in place.
Can I still change my invitation after I pay?
Yes, as often as you like, forever. Paying never locks anything: change any word, photo or date, and the same link shows guests the new version.
How do I send the invitations?
Personal emails from our domain, each greeting the guest by name, or one link you can post anywhere.
What are website sections?
Extra pages behind the same link: a schedule, travel, your story. You design them with the same tools as the invitation, and they are free.
Can I plan the seating?
Yes. Lay out your tables, then drop each party onto one and they stay together. Two tables are free to try, and the whole room comes with All-in.
How does the gift list work?
Add gifts by name, with a link if you have one. A claimed gift goes quiet for everybody else, so nothing is bought twice. It comes with All-in.
What do RSVP reminders do?
Set a deadline and we email whoever has not answered, then follow up the maybes. They come with All-in.
Is it good for destination weddings?
It was practically built for them. Ask for flight details, arrange pickups and track who needs a room, all in the same survey.
I have already printed my invitations. Can I still use it?
Yes. Choose replies only: you get a link and a QR code to print on your cards, guests scan it and reply, and the guest table, seating, gift list and reminders all work the same. All-in for replies only is €79.
