Questions, answered
Is MyEventOS free?
Free to design and free to send, to any number of guests, with the first 10 replies included. After that add only what your event needs, from €5, or take everything for €89. Every price is one time and covers one event.
Do my guests need an app or an account?
No. They open your link in any browser, on any phone, and answer in under a minute.
Can guests change their answer later?
Yes. Reopening the invitation offers to edit their reply, and their row in your table updates in place.
How do I send the invitations?
Personal emails from our domain, each greeting the guest by name, or one link you can post anywhere.
What are website sections?
Extra pages behind the same link: a schedule, travel, your story. You design them with the same tools as the invitation. €10 for the event.
Can I plan the seating?
Yes. Lay out your tables, then drop each party onto one and they stay together. Two tables are free to try, the whole room is €10.
How does the gift list work?
Add gifts by name, with a link if you have one. A claimed gift goes quiet for everybody else, so nothing is bought twice. €10.
What do RSVP reminders do?
Set a deadline and we email whoever has not answered, then follow up the maybes. €5 covers both.
Is it good for destination weddings?
It was practically built for them. Ask for flight details, arrange pickups and track who needs a room, all in the same survey.
I have already printed my invitations. Can I still use it?
Yes. When you start an event, choose "I have printed invitations, I only need RSVPs". You get a link and a QR code to print on your cards; guests scan it and reply, and the guest table, seating, gift list and reminders all work the same.
