How pricing works

Every price is one time and covers one event. There are no subscriptions and nothing renews. You start free, and pay only if your event needs more.

Free

Everything you need to design an invitation and send it:

• Every free design and every design tool.
• Website sections: schedule, travel, dress code and more, as pages behind the same link.
• Unlimited invitations, by email, by link or with a QR code for printed cards.
• Your own RSVP survey and a live guest table.
• The first 10 replies.
• The planner, free for the first 7 days.

Planner, €29

The whole event in one place, and the one thing you can buy on its own:

• To do, with what is due next.
• Budget, with what is paid and what is still due.
• Suppliers, with their offers and their contacts.
• The timeline of the day.
• Planning it together with your partner.

Try it free for the first 7 days. After that it is €29, or it comes with All-in.

All-in

Everything for your event, the planner included. Nothing is sold separately: unlimited replies, reminders, the gift list and the seating plan come with All-in. It comes in two kinds:

• With a design, €109: any premium design with every page of it, unlimited replies, email reminders, the gift list, the seating plan and the planner.
• Replies only, €79: for printed invitations. Unlimited replies, email reminders, the gift list, the seating plan and the planner.

The kind is the one that fits your event: a design if you send a designed invitation, replies only if your invitations are printed and guests answer by link or QR code. Changed your mind? Switch on the templates page, and your replies stay.

Atelier, €500

A design drawn for your event and no other, its pages and its envelope alike, with everything included: the planner, and no MyEventOS branding. Tell us what you have in mind and we reply within 2 to 3 working days with a first sketch. Nothing is agreed until you have seen it.

Upgrading

You only ever pay for what your event does not have yet, so nothing is paid for twice:

• Planner to All-in with a design: €80.
• Planner to All-in replies only: €50.
• Replies only to All-in with a design: €30.

Branding

Every plan keeps a small Made with MyEventOS mark on the invitation and the emails, except the Atelier.

Non-profits and event planners

A registered non-profit pays nothing. An event planner working on several events can keep every client event in one account.

Paying and refunds

Payment is by card through Stripe, and everything unlocks the moment the payment goes through. That is immediate delivery of digital content, so the 14-day right to cancel does not apply. If something does not work as described, write to us and we will put it right or refund you.
