Wedding RSVPs, collected and counted for you

A wedding RSVP asks more than yes or no, and every answer has somewhere to go: the caterer needs the meals, the venue needs the numbers, the seating plan needs the names. MyEventOS asks it all on one page and hands it back as a table you can work from.

What a wedding RSVP should ask

Coming or not, by name

Each guest answers for themselves, so you know exactly who is coming rather than a number scribbled on a card.

Plus-ones and children

Counted as they arrive, with children split by age for the caterer and the venue.

Meals and allergies, per person

Each guest chooses and says what they cannot eat. The totals come out grouped for the kitchen.

Travel and nights

Shuttle seats, hotel nights and arrival days, for a wedding guests travel to.

Your own questions

Song requests, dietary notes, anything at all. Each becomes its own column in the guest table.

A deadline that chases itself

Set the reply date and add reminders, and the guests who have not answered are nudged without you writing to each one.

And once the answers arrive

Pick any of them to see the screen it happens on, or read the whole of it on guest management.

Each reply lands as a row: who answered, whether they are coming, how many they bring, and every question you asked.

Headcounts split by age as guests answer, and you choose where childhood ends. The number for the caterer stops being a guess.

Questions people ask

When should the wedding RSVP date be?

Four to six weeks before the wedding, and at least a week before your venue needs final numbers. For a destination wedding, six to eight weeks.

Do guests need an account to reply?

No. They open the link, answer and close it. Guests invited from your list get a link that already knows their name.

We printed our invitations. Can we still RSVP online?

Yes. Start an event as RSVPs only and you get a link and a QR code to print on your cards; the replies land in the same guest table.

Can guests change their answer?

Yes, from the same link, and the table updates. Nobody has to email you to say their plans changed.

Can guests read it in their own language?

Our drawn wedding designs read in English, Hebrew, German, Greek and Russian, and each guest can switch to theirs.
