How to get the best offer from your wedding suppliers
A good price is mostly a good question: the same details to every supplier, a little room on the date, and every offer kept where you can compare it.
Ask three or four, with the same details
Send each supplier the same date, the same number of guests and the same questions, and the offers compare like for like. One form, sent to each, makes that the easy way.
Be flexible on the day
A Friday, a Sunday or a date in spring or autumn often costs less than a Saturday at the height of summer. Not set on a date yet? Ask which days they have open in a season, and let the prices choose.
Give a real number of guests
Venues and caterers price by the guest. A real number gets a real offer, and a question about a minimum spend saves a surprise later.
Ask what is included
Service, setup, tax, overtime, travel and the cake cutting are in one offer and extra in the next. Ask for prices with what is included, and read the brochure before you write.
Book the venue first
Your venue decides the date, the guests and the look. Once it is booked, the planner names it to every supplier you ask, so their offers are for your place and not a guess.

How do I find wedding suppliers near me?
Open Find suppliers in the planner, choose what you are looking for, from venues and photographers to hair and make-up, and type your town or region. Places come up as you type, and the suppliers near you come back in seconds, with their photos, how many guests a venue takes and what kind of place it is.
Does it cost anything to ask a supplier for an offer?
Asking costs nothing per request. Finding suppliers and asking for offers are part of the planner, free for its first 7 days. After that the planner is €29, one time for your wedding, or it comes with All-in (€109 with a drawn design).
Which suppliers can I ask for an offer through MyEventOS?
Every supplier with an Ask for an offer button: the ones whose business address we know from their own website. For the others, their card links to their website, so you can contact them there.
Will the supplier see my email address?
Not in the request: it goes from MyEventOS with your names, your date or season, the place, your number of guests and your message, and the supplier answers MyEventOS. When you reply to their answer, you write to them directly from your own email.
Where do the suppliers' answers go?
To you, by email, with any brochure or price list they attach, and to your notifications in the planner, where each answer opens your suppliers. You choose whether to have answers by email as well, from the bell's settings.
Is it only for Cyprus?
Cyprus comes first: close to 200 Cypriot suppliers, chosen and described by us, show before anything else, from venues and photographers to dresses and cakes. Anywhere else, the search finds the businesses near your place on the map, with a smaller set of our own suggestions in the UK, Greece, Germany and Dubai.
Can I suggest a supplier who is missing?
Yes. At the foot of the search, Suggest a supplier sends us their name and where they work, and once we have checked them they show for every couple planning there.
