Questions about pricing
Is MyEventOS really free?
Yes. Designing an invitation, sending it to any number of guests and the first 10 replies are free for every event. You only pay if your event needs more than that.
Is it a subscription?
No. Every price is one time and covers one event. Nothing renews, and nothing is charged unless you choose to buy it.
Do I need to buy coins or credits?
No. Every price is in euros and shown before you add it, and you pay for exactly what you add. There is nothing to buy ahead and nothing left over after the wedding.
Do prices depend on how many guests I invite?
No. Prices are per event, not per guest, so an event for 30 guests and one for 300 cost the same.
When do I have to pay?
Only when your event needs something the free plan does not include, such as reply number 11, a premium design or a seating plan. You can add each one when you need it.
What is in All-in?
Any premium design and every add-on: unlimited replies, website sections, rsvp reminders, gift list, seating plan, and no MyEventOS branding. €89 for the event, €25 less than buying them one by one.
I have printed invitations. What should I buy?
RSVP only, €59: unlimited replies, reminders, a seating plan, a gift list and no branding, for an event with no invitation of its own. Guests reply through a QR code or link printed on your card.
What currency are the prices in?
Euros. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts the amount when you pay.
How do I pay?
By card, through Stripe. We never see or store your card details, and what you buy unlocks as soon as the payment goes through.
Can I get a refund?
If something does not work as described, write to support@myeventos.com and we will put it right or refund you.
Is it free for non-profits?
Yes. Registered non-profit organisations get everything, every add-on included, at no cost. Apply on the page for non-profits.
What is Atelier?
A design drawn for your event and no one else's, its pages and envelope included, with everything in All-in. It starts with a conversation and costs €500.
